The Midwest is home to one of the most iconic cities in America: Detroit, Michigan. With this history of elite talent that this city has produced, one lady is not only making her mark on the city but the nation as well. Kandi Treats is bringing back that flavor where fashion was impacted.

Kandi Treats is a fashion boutique started by Kandace Talbert in 2017. The fun and catchy clothing that this boutique provides gives women fierce looks that will have you ready to step out confident anywhere you go. Whether you rock the African print, maxi, or jumpsuit, Kandi Treats products are unique in their own way.

Talbert started her business while in college as she majored in nursing. Though it can lead to a very lucrative and successful career, she lost interest and took a business class.  In that class, she was inspired to create her own platform that represented her to the fullest. When the class first started everyone had to introduce themselves and what career they wanted to create. “Kandace Boutique” was the original name but eventually it was changed to Kandi Treats. Conquering the “flavors of fashion” was the goal to attain and she is on her way.

With a very strong support system behind her and faith in God, Talbert has created a platform that caters to anyone who wants to look stylish. Kandi Treats provides more than just clothing as customers can purchase shoes, purses/bags or glasses. Your ultimate fashion experience coming straight from Detroit.

Though you may only be able to purchase Kandi Treats at her Detroit location or online, Talbert plans to expand her business across the country. This marathon to success will only get better for this brand and the fashion world to come.
